We’ve had the pleasure of working with some great artists over the years. We teamed up with Riddance for their self-titled release, and handled several projects for Rad Dragon, including Hindsight, It Gets Worse, Black & Gray, Broke-Ass, and Entertain Me. We also worked with Bedtime Stories on their two LPs, Songs I Will Grow to Hate and You Will Not Judge Who I've Become, along with The Tuba Room on their debut LP.

Josh Riddle
Owner / Engineer
I'm Josh Riddle, the Owner and Lead Engineer of Riddle Audio. I grew up completely surrounded by music and musicians. With my dad playing in a rock band and running home recording setups, I was exposed to the process behind music from day one. Since then, I haven't taken a single break from the industry. Whether I was studying music education, dialing in instrument setups, recording music, or mixing live shows, my entire life has been spent immersed in one aspect of audio or another. I founded Riddle Audio in Waco to bring that lifetime of hands-on experience directly to your project, delivering reliable, tour-ready or distro ready sound so you can just focus on playing.
PORTFOLIO
Riddance - Empty
For Riddance's self-titled release, we brought the studio to them using our mobile recording setup. Tracking in their practice space allowed the band to stay comfortable and deliver incredibly energetic takes. The mix on tracks like "empty", "F.B.A.", and "narc" are a testament to meeting a band where they are, and delivering on high-quality sound regardless of location.
Rad Dragon - Broke-Ass
Working on my own band's releases gives me the freedom to obsess over the details and deliver on a very specific sonic vision. For "Broke-Ass," I used the opportunity to level-up my skills and hone my mixing craft, resulting in a punchy, aggressive track that perfectly captures our live energy. I treat Rad Dragon as a training exercise, so I can I bring my absolute best to your music.
